This is a good, clean, and tidy hotel, pretty much all the attractions are within walking distance. Rooms are of generous size. The staff are always friendly and there are nice little nibbles in the afternoon. ||Good value, a good hotel.||We would stay here again, we liked it!
I stayed at this hotel for two nights with family, during our vacation in Prague. The hotel is great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We requested a separate bed for our son and everything was arranged perfectly in our room before we checked-in. The room was clean and well maintained. The location is nice, you can reach most of the famous landmarks easily on foot. The breakfast was good and they have a comfortable timing, so you don't have to rush. One thing that can be improved is the WiFi reception, in our room the connection was not stable. Everything else met our expectation.
Great hotel!
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. A family with 2 girls. We booked the family suite. It was a HUGE room, clean and comfortable.
The location is superb! Right in the old city, next to the Metro, a short walking distance from all the main attractions, but in a quite street.
The staff and receptionists were really welcoming, nice and helpful. Even before out arrival the communication with them was smooth via e-mails.
The breakfast was nice.

What a pleasant surprise treated excellently by polite professional staff with freedrink on arrival. The hotel was very good value, clean, warm, quiet and fully functional everything what more could you ask for. An absolute delight to stay and thoroughly recommend.
Stayed for three nights to see the sights of Prague with my wife. From the moment we arrived the feel we got was great, super comfortable and welcoming. The staff were extremely helpful and engaging and made everything really easy for us. Cannot fault.
